Introduction

Welcome to Lux Apartments. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use our services.

Booking and Payment

1. Reservation: Reservations can be made through our website or authorized booking platforms. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking.
2. Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other specified payment methods.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

Check-In and Check-Out

1. Check-In: Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
2. Check-Out: Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.

Guest Responsibilities

1. Occupancy: Each apartment is to be occupied by the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation.
2. Conduct: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner. Any damage to property or disturbance caused by guests may result in additional charges or termination of the stay.
3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. A cleaning fee will be charged for any violation of this policy.
4. Pets: Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

Services and Facilities

1. Wi-Fi: Unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. Guests are responsible for using the internet service in a lawful manner.
2. Parking: Secure parking is available in the building’s garage. Lux Apartments is not liable for any damage or theft to vehicles parked in the garage.
3. Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided upon request. Additional housekeeping services may incur extra charges.

Liability

1. Personal Belongings: Lux Apartments is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.
2. Injuries: Lux Apartments is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur on the premises. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.

Privacy

1. Personal Information: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal data collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of managing your reservation and providing services during your stay.
2. Data Protection: Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Amendments

1. Changes to Terms: Lux Apartments reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes prior to their stay.
2. Enforcement: Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in the termination of your stay without refund and additional charges for any damages incurred.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Kosovo.
